Meet Our Team:
President and Broker
President and Broker. Curt is one of the original founders of the company. He has personally invested in over 100 units of Real Estate from Single Family Homes to Large Office Buildings. He is involved in both NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and MHA (Minnesota Multi-Housing Association). He has been both the Minnesota NARPM President and chaired the Independent Owners Committee at MHA.
Director of Property Managment
Kyle has over ten years of property management and association management experience. He is eager to provide assistance when joining the Trikin Properties team. Kyle focuses on gaining new owners while implementing stronger relationships with current owners. Kyles goal is to push Trikin to the next level. In his free time, He enjoys visiting with friends and family and glamping.
Kristi is one of our admin assistants. She had a year of experience in property management when she joined us in September. Kristi assists Kyle with leasing, renewals, collecting rent, and is the first point of contact for all move ins and move outs. She enjoys spending her free time with animals and studying foreign languages.
Realtor and Leasing Agent
Brook brings a dynamic and passionate personality to the TrikinProperties Team. His solid proficient real estate background, successful leasing career, and superb customer service skills allow him to be a strong Leader for our Leasing and Marketing Operations. Brook has a wide and vast background which includes obtaining his Realtor License In 2007. Brook has worked in property management and enjoys the challenges and ability to overcome everyday obstacles this business can offer. Some of the creative and fun in this job are building and developing loyal business, cultivating relationships and working in all aspects of a transaction from start to finish. Brook is very energetic, optimistic and ultimately driven to help people find a great place to call home.
Bang handles all of the invoicing, rents, and payments. She makes sure things are paid on time, especially our owners. Bang is the one who keeps everyone else in check to make sure we are financially sound so we can keep on providing the best services possible.
Hannah is our marketing professional. She mainly deals with social media, blog posts, and updating the website. Hannah also does marketing and sales for our sister companies; PM Toolbelt and Landlord Repair. Hannah enjoys sailing in her free time along with traveling the globe.
